How long does a payment link stay active?+
You set the expiry when you create the link. Default is 30 days, but you can set it to 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, or custom. Once expired, the link stops accepting payments and customer sees 'expired' message.
Can a single link accept multiple payments?+
Yes. By default, each link can be used unlimited times. But you can configure each link to accept payment only once if you prefer. Useful for one-time invoices or specific order collections.
Where do payments settle?+
Directly to your linked bank account within 1-2 business days. You can link any bank account during signup. Payments from all links settle to the same account unless you configure otherwise.
Can I customize how the link looks?+
The link itself is just a URL, but when customer opens it, they see your merchant branding, payment options, and a professional payment page. You can customize the message customers see and your logo on the payment page.
How do I know if a customer paid?+
Real-time notifications via email, SMS, or API webhook. Dashboard shows live payment status for each link. You can also tag links to orders/invoices for automatic reconciliation.
Can I generate links via API for bulk collections?+

What payment methods do customers see?+
